Powerful as it may be, the US military is a relic of the Industrial Age and is struggling to prepare for the Information Age. That's according to David Rothkopf, CEO and editor of Foreign Policy, host of the ER podcast and author of National Insecurity: American Leadership in an Age of Fear.
