    White House Now Says It Does Not Have 'Stay the Course' Strategy on Iraq

    Since President Bush and his war cabinet met this weekend, there have been conflicting reports about timetables for Iraq to disarm militias and meet other goals. At first the White House denied that any big change was afoot. Today, spokesman Dan Bartlett said "milestones and benchmarks" have always been part of the Bush strategy.
