Will Obamacare Be There for Consumers on January 1?

The number of people signed up for insurance coverage under Obamacare may be less than the administration hoped, but it still adds up to a quarter-million customers who expect to get new coverage on January 1. But, not so fast. Some of those who weathered the bug-ridden websites and spent hours on hold with insurance companies may find they don't have coverage next week after all.
