    The World Health Organization said today that the Zika virus has been linked to brain damage in thousands of Brazilian babies. And, it's spreading… throughout the Americas. Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter Laurie Garrett is a senior fellow for Global Health at the Council on Foreign Relations .
