Sleep is meant to be a peaceful and relaxing time. It's a chance to slip under the covers, exhausted after a long day. But sleep can also be where demons live, creeping into our dreams from the dark corners of our minds. That's what this week's story is about -– how one man is terrorized by nighttime demons, and then, how those same demons sneak into the daylight.

This story comes from the excellent Nocturne podcast.

Produced by Vanessa Lowe. Theme music by Kent Sparling. Editorial help for this episode from Rob McGinley Myers.
