ACLU Calls for the Closure of the Men's Central Jail

A new report says LA County's Men's Central Jail is a "medieval" institution that "drives men mad."  If it can't be fixed, should it be closed down? Also, Laura Chick goes to work for Governor Schwarzenegger.
