    As classes begin again in the public schools, it's the last year when California parents can opt out of vaccinating their children based on personal beliefs or religious convictions.     As classes begin again in the public schools, it's the last year when California parents can opt out of vaccinating their children based on personal beliefs or religious convictions. Some angry parents want voters to repeal the toughest law of its kind in the nation. KCRW's Saul Gonzalez met with some vaccination skeptics. He reports that many parents are skeptical about the pharmaceutical industry — and that skepticism is rising as the number of recommended vaccines has increased.
