    Are They Games of Skill or Games of Chance?

    Daily fantasy sports are legal in 45 states, but New York has just ordered FanDuel, DraftKings and others to shut down, saying they are not games of skill but illegal gambling.  Last month, Nevada enacted gaming license requirements. What about California?

    Daily fantasy sports are legal in 45 states, but New York has just ordered FanDuel, DraftKings and others to shut down, saying they are not games of skill but illegal gambling. Last month, Nevada enacted gaming license requirements. What about California? Attorney General, Kamala Harris is being asked to force fantasy sports betting websites to immediately stop doing business.
