Which Way, L.A.?

President Clinton is in the "New" Africa, where, he says, Democracy and Free Markets are taking hold. But he's visiting only six nations and ignoring a lot of leaders. Monday on Which Way, L.A.?, we'll find out if there's substance to this symbolic state visit. Is Africa being opened up or recolonized? What about Nigeria? And what does this trip mean for African Americans?
