    Which Way, L.A.?

Ballot fatigue beyond the big races

You've decided on the well-known questions in the March 7 vote, but what will you do when you get down to the bottom third of your ballot? There are assembly seats to decide, judgeships, county councils and other important positions that could impact you and your home directly. Do you vote for interesting names, preferred ethnicities or genders when you know nothing of the candidates? What impact could that voting behavior have? Also, the El Toro question is very much front and center on the Orange County ballot in the form of Measure F. What impact could that vote have on air and car traffic across Southern California? On Reporter's Notebook, an interview with Congressman Tom Campbell, the Republican frontrunner hoping to challenge Democratic U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein in November.
