    Battle in Seattle II?

Activists in Washington, D.C. are billing it as the Battle in Seattle part II. As International Monetary Fund delegates meet this week and next, demonstrations will likely build to a crescendo against the "evils" of globalization, against trade with China, and FOR a variety of environmental issues. Did similar protests make a difference during the World Trade Organization meeting in Seattle last year? How have unions and tree huggers managed to stay together in a single coalition? How will the IMF react?
