Cal State System Considers Enrollment Cap

The California State University system has 23 campuses that have always been open to high school graduates who've done college-prep work and earned a B average. Now, for the first time in history, enrollment may be limited. Chancellor Charles Reed wants to cut next year's expected enrollment of 450,000 by 10,000.
