City Council Races and the Race for Mayor

With three members leaving to run for Mayor, the LA City Council will see its biggest shake up in years. There will be seven new members of a 15-member body. We hear about three of those races. Also, a conversation with mayoral candidate Eric Garcetti. With a troubled city facing a deficit, will he list his priorities for what should be cut and what should be saved?
