Six months ago, San Bernardino’s elected County Assessor Bill Postmus was arrested on drug charges. Former colleagues on the Board of Supervisors pressured him to resign. Today he was arraigned in court on ten counts of drug possession, grand theft, perjury and misappropriation of public funds.
