DA Closes the Book in Rampart Probe

The Los Angeles District Attorney says he's closing the book on LAPD's worst scandal in history. Steve Cooley inherited the Rampart Division case from his predecessor, Gil Garcetti. Although 70 cops from Rampart were accused of engaging in corruption, only nine have been charged, and now Cooley says there's not enough evidence to indict anyone else. Bill Hodgeman, who heads the DA's Rampart Ad Hoc Task Force, says ongoing inquiries will be absorbed into other investigative units. But defense attorney Gary Wigodsky claims that not all the evidence has come in. We hear from both.
