    Did Independents Fill Out the Democratic Bubble?

    California’s Republican Party does not allow Independents vote in the primary. Democrats and American Independents do. Yesterday in Los Angeles County, Independent voters were required to mark a ballot indicating their preference. If they failed, their votes for president did not count.

Yesterday in Los Angeles County, Independent voters were required to mark a ballot indicating their preference. If they failed, their votes for president did not count. A voting rights group is asking that they be included.
