Egypt: Is the Runoff Election On or Off?

This weekend's presidential runoff election in Egypt already presented a polarizing choice between the remnants of ousted President Hosni Mubarak's military regime and the Muslim Brotherhood. Today, a court packed with Mubarak sympathizers dissolved the parliament elected after his overthrow and the military government has declared martial law.
