    Eight former and current officials of the City of Bell are in jail tonight on multiple charges of stealing $5.5 million in public funds. We talk with District Attorney Steve Cooley. Also, California's about to lead the nation in implementing federal health care reform — or is it? Governor Schwarzenegger has been poised to sign two bills to establish a health insurance exchange where consumers could shop for coverage. Small business likes it, but big business and some insurance companies do not. On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, Afghan officials are still counting the votes from this weekend's parliamentary elections, marked by violence, a low turnout and widespread fraud. What are the possible consequences for US policy with troop strength rising to nearly 100,000?
