    There are 38 elections today in Los Angeles County, with the most attention being paid to LA. But the most attention is not very much and turnouts are expected to be dismal as usual. With almost one and a half million people registered, some observers say turnout could be as low as 150,000. A lack of news coverage gets part of the blame. Some experts contend that voters are suffering from election fatigue. Who ends up making all the decisions? We hear from a pollster and political analyst.
