Some $200 million in federal money was lost after inspectors found dozens of errors and failures during a final inspection two weeks ago. The Emergency Room was closed Friday, and outpatient clinics and urgent care will soon be all that's left. The Supervisors promised up to $16.3 million to nearby private hospitals and doctors braced for new patients from the area served by King-Harbor.
