    In the second of our one-on-one interviews with candidates for Mayor, we talk with Councilwoman Jan Perry, who's asking voters for a promotion. Also, what's been called a "game changer" for the LA Unified School Board. The Mayor of New York, Michael Bloomberg, is pumping a million dollars into campaigns to perpetuate education reforms, bolster the administration of Superintendent John Deasy and dilute the influence of the teachers' union, especially when it comes to teacher evaluations.
