Fox is Back in Washington
Mexico's President, Vicente Fox, is in the US to extend condolences for the terrorist attacks. He arrived with faint hope of reviving the "open borders" initiative that made big news just before September 11. Now, the impetus is in the other direction-toward tighter borders, more restrictions and less immigration. Tonight, we'll hear different ideas from immigration experts about the consequences of taking a pause from that initiative.
