    Which Way, L.A.?

    Giving HIV = crime?

    Should it be a crime to knowingly expose your partner to HIV? Is giving someone AIDS murder? Should it be? The California Assembly has been grappling with these questions as it amends and re-amends a pending bill. We will hear from the bill's author, his opponents and the people whose lives it directly affects.
