Publisher David Killer killed this Sunday's much-touted special edition of Current because of what he calls "an appearance of conflict" involving Martinez's girlfriend and the selection of producer Brian Grazer to edit that special edition. The PR firm of Martinez' girlfriend represents Grazer. Kevin Roderick broke the story yesterday on his website, LAObserved.com.
