Jerry Brown will be Attorney General until he's sworn in next month, but already he's talked with legislative leaders of both parties more than once. Will he take on the public unions? Also, another report on "personalized medicine," one of Southern California's fastest developing high-tech industries. On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, many presidents have diverted attention from domestic defeats by focusing on foreign policy. We hear why that option may not be available to Barack Obama.
