Everybody knows that Meg Whitman is spending upwards of $160 million of her own money in the race for Governor. Everybody knows that Meg Whitman is spending upwards of $160 million of her own money in the race for Governor. On the night before state elections, many voters find they’re behind the curve when it comes to ballot propositions. We not only explain what they mean but, what is just as important, talk about where the money’s coming from.
