LAPD and the Consent Decree

Tonight we focus on the Los Angeles Police Department, the recent consent decree, Rampart problems, and their implications for the future. We hear from LAPD Chief Bernard Parks, Councilman Nick Pacheco, and other major players from city hall. The program, which is part of the continuing series, Justice 2001: Controversial Issues in the Southland, was co-sponsored by the Beverly Hills Bar Association and taped live at the Museum of Tolerance.
