LA's Homeless Veterans -- Can the VA House Them All?
There may be 6000 homeless veterans in LA County — 2700 in the City of Los Angeles alone. After three years of litigation between civil rights groups and the Department of Veterans' Affairs, Mayor Eric Garcetti has promised to house them before the end of this year.
