Mike Feuer is LA's new City Attorney and it’ll be his job to enforce Proposition D, which would limit medical marijuana outlets to 135. With more than a thousand in operation, how will he enforce the will of the voters? What about the gang injunction in Echo Park and parts of Silver Lake? Also, the last of President Richard Nixon's secret tapes have been released. We talk with his former aide John Dean about what's new. Plus, fast and furious in Fontana: the place where auto critics test the cars we might — or might not — want to drive.

On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, a former candidate to be leader of China went on trial today — on corruption charges minor compared to things he's widely believed to have done. But Bo Xilai is staging a spirited defense. We learn why the trial is a major event for China's new leadership, and what domestic and foreign consequences are likely.
