LAUSD Breaking up or breaking down?
The Los Angeles Unified School District board of trustees is about to decide on a major reorganization that would break up one of the country's largest school districts into 11 sub-districts. Is this real change, or superficial change, since those sub-districts will still be reporting to the central office? What about the idea of school district secession?
