    Nobody knows what happened to $350 billion, so will Congress hand out the second half of last year's financial bailout? On this rebroadcast of today's To the Point, If Obama can't show that he can do better, he may suffer his first defeat before he takes office. Also on Which Way, L.A.?, the state's financial crisis means that cuts in school funding are inevitable in California. We talk with Superintendent Ray Cortines and State Superintendent Jack O'Connell about the crisis in public education.  And, Clint Eastwood is winning big with the Gran Torino. We talk with Superintendent Ray Cortines and State Superintendent Jack O'Connell about the crisis in public education. And on the same weekend, Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino wins at the box office and Detroit tries to overcome the legacy of 1970's muscle cars.
