Election day is two weeks away, but few voters know it. The date of California's statewide primary has changed, as have the rules and the location of many polling places. But even those "in the know" may not bother to turn out. Pollsters are estimating a Republican turnout of just 35 percent, with Democrats even less likely to go to the polls.
