Mayor Villaraigosa's First 100 Days in Office

The Mayor of Los Angeles isn't talking about the weather when he declares that "the climate has changed." Antonio Villaraigosa asserts the first 100 days of his administration--which will expire on Saturday--have created a "sense of energy and possibility." Speaking today at the 125th anniversary of USC, he admitted that it's too early to publish a list of accomplishments but stressed that he's tackling the issues Los Angeles cares about most. When will all that energy turn possibility into action? We talk about City Hall ethics, potholes, public transportation, the LAPD and the schools.
