    More Cuts in Southern California's Water Supply

    Governor Brown has called for a 25% reduction in water use in California's urban areas. Today, the Metropolitan Water District ordered a 15% cut in deliveries to 26 cities and water agencies. They account for about half the water used in the Southern part of the State. Jeff Kightlinger is the MWD's General Manager.
