    NFL Moves One Step Closer to LA Return

    It's been 20 years since an NFL team called Los Angeles home. Rumors of a possible return have been circulating ever since the Rams and Raiders left, but they always ended in disappointment for local football fans. Now two competing stadium plans and three teams are vying to bring the game back.

    It's been 20 years since an NFL team called Los Angeles home. Rumors of a possible return have been circulating ever since the Rams and Raiders left, but they always ended in disappointment for local football fans. Now two competing stadium plans and three teams are vying to bring the game back. In the next two weeks NFL owners will vote on which stadium and which teams will come to LA. Vincent Bonsignore is a sports columnist for the Los Angeles Daily News.
