    A nationally known Constitutional scholar has been hired, then fired as the founding dean of UC Irvine’s new law school. Liberal Professor Irwin Chemerinsky won’t get the job and even some prominent conservatives call it a violation of academic freedom. We’ll hear from him and others tonight.
