In 2012, Los Angeles County voters passed a law requiring condoms for male performers in pornographic films. The goal was control of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. It wasn't designed to drive the industry out of the region, but that was the talk as the X BIZ 360 Adult Industry Conference opened today in West Hollywood, according to KCRW's Saul Gonzalez.
