Health care providers promise a massive rally tomorrow in Sacramento to pressure Governor Brown to restore reimbursements for services to poor people. We hear about that and get a preview of what the roll-out of Obamacare is beginning to look like in California. Also, the former "Gangster Mayor" of Compton, Omar Bradley, wants his old job back — although the DA's office might prosecute him again. We hear from him and the young city planner opposing him in tomorrow's election.

On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, you don't have to go to a Chinese restaurant to get Chinese food. The US imports billions of pounds of fish, vegetables, mushrooms and garlic from China — a country infamous for food-safety problems. Is China cleaning up its act… or do we need to worry?
