President Bush Weighs In on Middle East Crisis, Hezbollah

Just back from the G8 Summit in Russia, President Bush responded to questions about how long the crisis in the Middle East might last by saying that he won't tell Israel how to defend itself and insisting that Hezbollah is the "root cause" of the latest Middle East violence. The President also said that Libya is trying to use Hezbollah to regain its position inside Lebanon. In an abbreviated version of a discussion originally broadcast earlier today on To the Point, we get historical background on Hezbollah and its charismatic leader, as well as its relationships with Syria and Iran.
