President Obama Finally Comes Up with a Plan

Instead of debate on reduced costs and expanded coverage, attention focused on special-interest deal-making on Capitol Hill. Today, the White House website unveiled 11 pages called The President's Proposal, designed as the framework for Thursday's televised, bipartisan healthcare summit.
