    A lawsuit to overturn California's ban on same-sex marriage has been set in federal court. Also, the grades are in for LA public schools. On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, record home foreclosures are taking their biggest toll on blacks and Latinos. Is it a new kind of housing discrimination from lenders pushing sub-prime loans to minorities searching for the American dream?

    Proposition 8, California's ban on same-sex marriages, has begun what might be a trip to the US Supreme Court. Also, the scores are in for LA Unified, Green Dot charters and schools controlled by Mayor Villaraigosa. On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, a record pace of home foreclosures is taking its biggest toll on blacks and Hispanics. Did big lenders conduct a new kind of housing discrimination by pushing sub-prime loans to minorities hoping for a piece of the American dream?
