    There are two very different issues on the same ballot in next month's election: political campaign reform and a major change in California's drug laws. What's the best way to get drug addicts out of prison and into treatment? Supporters of Prop 36 say they've got the answer. What's the best way to get the money out of politics? Will Prop 34 make things better or worse? We look at both sides of both hotly contested ballot measures today. Newsmaker: Tomorrow, LA County workers plan walkouts tomorrow at County-USC Medical Center-with the threat of a general strike by all 47,000 county workers on Wednesday. Mark Tarnawsky, is a spokesman for the Service Employees Union, Local 660.
