Public Works Bonds: Is State Government Functioning at Last?

Governor Schwarzenegger is barnstorming the state today with some of the Democrats he used to call "girlie men." Republicans are on board as well, with both sides congratulating themselves and each other, and all claiming credit for the biggest package of public works bonds in state history. Warren Olney previews what voters will be faced with in November's election with with journalists and Democratic and Republican political advisors.
