    Supporters credit the California Environmental Quality Act, or CEQA, with protecting both natural resources and public health from the greed of developers. Business claims the law leads companies to shun California and invest in Texas or Colorado. Governor Brown says amending would be "God's Work." But, can the legislature resolve a long-running controversy in less than three weeks? Also, the US Attorney's office debates Steve Lopez of the LA Times over medical marijuana enforcement and, why is LA's museum of car culture selling off parts of its collection?

    On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, it's increasingly expected that the Obama Administration will use military action to punish Syria for the alleged use of chemical weapons. But what will that mean? We look at the military options and whether they'd make things better or worse.
