Rumored Roundups of Illegal Immigrants

Arrests are being made outside supermarkets and restaurants, bringing some businesses to a standstill. One-third of the kids at one Pasadena elementary school didn-t show up for classes. That-s according to reports from Latino neighborhoods in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire, where there-s fear of a sweep by the US Border Patrol. Making News: Supreme Court Rules on Pledge of Allegiance Case The US Supreme Court has overturned a decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, ruling that the phrase -under God- will remain in the Pledge of Allegiance, at least until now.
