Ninety-five percent of California's coastal waters are safe for swimming. But the beaches in urban areas, like LA, Orange County and San Diego, can be dangerously polluted. Newsmaker: Are Actors Getting a Deal? - 50,000 camera operators, sound technicians, grips, make-up artists and other skilled workers are waiting for 135,000 actors to make their deals with the film and TV studios.
