State of the State Address

Governor Gray Davis says his third State of the State speech will focus on education, but lawmakers say it better focus on educating people on how to conserve energy. The current energy crisis is on every Californian's front burner in 2001, and anything Davis mentions in his speech will be news. KCRW will air the speech at 6:30pm.
