Supreme Court Rules against Whales
The US Navy can start blasting high-powered sonar off the coast of California whether it poses a threat to whales and other marine animals or not. That's according to the US Supreme Court. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote a 5-to-4 decision that faulted judges in California for "second-guessing" the Navy.
