More than $13 million has been spent by two Democratic congressmen in the San Fernando Valley, forced by reapportionment to run against each other in next week's election. Brad Sherman and Howard Berman are as different as their names sound the same, and their campaign's been as nasty as it has been expensive. Sherman says Berman has spent taxpayer money on foreign junkets. Berman called Sherman either a "liar or delusional." At that, they almost got into a fight. They both join us tonight.
