The City of Inglewood Tackles a Tough Problem

If voters in Inglewood support an NFL stadium, the developers of Hollywood Park Tomorrow won't have to go through the normal planning process or submit to an environmental review. Now, they've gathered more than twice the signaturesneeded for a ballot measure, and it might qualify for an election in June.
